The Rocstor TrueReach TR22 is a professional-grade wireless HDMI and KVM receiver engineered to deliver flawless 4K Ultra HD video at 60Hz without the clutter of cables. Supporting resolutions up to 4096×2160, and advanced ipColor Stream technology, the TR22 ensures crystal-clear, zero-latency video transmission for mission-critical environments such as classrooms, conference rooms, and control centers. Designed for use with a compatible TrueReach wireless transmitter, the TR22 enables you to expand an existing system by adding an additional display or TV with uncompromising quality. This receiver is fully compatible with Rocstors TR22, TR23, and TR24 wireless HDMI extender systems, ensuring seamless scalability across the TrueReach product family. With wireless transmission distances of up to 164ft (50m) in a one-to-one setup, the TR22 offers seamless flexibility for modern AV installations. The system can be scaled to support up to four receivers total when paired with a transmitter, with intelligent distance scaling to maintain reliable performance (1x1 164ft, 1x2 98ft, 1x3 66ft, 1x4 49ft). Equipped with two USB ports, the receiver also supports KVM functionality, allowing you to connect peripherals such as keyboards, mice, flash drives, webcams, or touchscreens for real-time host PC control. Features such as one-way IR pass-through, RS-232 support, and auto SSID pairing make the TR22 easy to integrate and operate without additional software or drivers.

Return Window

Return Shipping

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any product back to Westend IT Store.
RMA Eligibility
- Request Period: Within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Condition: Original packaging, manuals, accessories and documentation are required.
- Serial Number: The serial number must match the original purchase invoice.
Not Eligible for RMA
- Products damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or natural disasters.
- Products with missing, altered or tampered serial numbers.
- Custom-configured systems or special-order products.
- Activated software or digital licenses.
Shipping Guidelines
- RMA Marking: Clearly write the approved RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Do not write the RMA number directly on the product packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- RMA Expiration: RMA numbers remain valid for 10 calendar days from the date of issue. Returned products must arrive within this period.
Resolution Options
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, one of the following resolutions will be provided based on product eligibility.
- Replacement: A replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
- Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer's policy and the reason for the return.
