The screw-on cable lock anchor makes it easy to lock your laptop to your desk. It features a small footprint and is easy to attach using two screws and the adhesive pad (included). It gives you the convenience of choosing the location of the anchor point for your cable lock.Made of durable zinc alloy, the ringed deskmount security anchor point can withstand a strong force from the cable lock in all directions. The robust construction of the computer security cable anchor helps to prevent the anchor point from being tampered with or cut. The security plate prevents access to the mounting screws.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 25 calendar days from the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

Return Shipping

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any product back to Westend IT Store.

RMA Eligibility

Request Period: Within 30 days of the invoice date.
Condition: Original packaging, manuals, accessories and documentation are required.
Serial Number: The serial number must match the original purchase invoice.

Not Eligible for RMA

Products damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or natural disasters.
Products with missing, altered or tampered serial numbers.
Custom-configured systems or special-order products.
Activated software or digital licenses.

Shipping Guidelines

RMA Marking: Clearly write the approved RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Do not write the RMA number directly on the product packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
RMA Expiration: RMA numbers remain valid for 10 calendar days from the date of issue. Returned products must arrive within this period.

Resolution Options

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, one of the following resolutions will be provided based on product eligibility.

Replacement: A replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer's policy and the reason for the return.
