This ceiling TV mount supports VESA mount compatible TVs from 32" to 75" in size, with a weight capacity of up to 110 lb. (50 kg). It lets you save wall and floor space by hanging your flat-panel LCD, LED or plasma TV from the ceiling in a prominent area. With a telescopic pole, the TV mount lets you suspend a display at your desired distance from the ceiling. This works well with a range of ceiling heights. The steel pole can extend from 22" to 33.5" (560 to 910 mm), with a total lift (height extension) of 13.7" (350 mm).

Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 25 calendar days from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged after delivery.

- Used or altered merchandise.
Return Shipping

Refund Processing

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any product back to Westend IT Store.
RMA Eligibility
- Request Period: Within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Condition: Original packaging, manuals, accessories and documentation are required.
- Serial Number: The serial number must match the original purchase invoice.
Not Eligible for RMA
- Products damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or natural disasters.
- Products with missing, altered or tampered serial numbers.
- Custom-configured systems or special-order products.
- Activated software or digital licenses.
Shipping Guidelines
- RMA Marking: Clearly write the approved RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Do not write the RMA number directly on the product packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- RMA Expiration: RMA numbers remain valid for 10 calendar days from the date of issue. Returned products must arrive within this period.
Resolution Options
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, one of the following resolutions will be provided based on product eligibility.
- Replacement: A replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
- Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer's policy and the reason for the return.
