The InRow ACRC331 chilled water cooling unit efficiently removes heat from neighboring racks, delivering precise cooling for medium to high heat density applications, including AI and high performance compute environments. The cooling coil has been optimized to maximize heat transfer for a wide range of water temperatures with minimal water-side pressure drop, enabling exceptional energy savings across pumps and chillers. The unit includes an electronic pressure independent control valve and flowmeter. A traditional 2/3-way valve is also offered (Model: ACRC331S3B and ACRC331P3B). Eight high-efficiency, variable speed EC axial fans ensure even air distribution across the heat exchanger. The unit is equipment with heaters and an electrode humidifier providing complete temperature and humidity control. The unit can also be purchased with-out factoryinstalled heaters and an electrode humidifier, or with an adiabatic humidifer (Model: ACRC331S2B and ACRC331S3B). Internal and rack-mounted sensors allow the advanced controller to respond in real-time to environmental changes, ensuring the rack-mounted equipment receive the correct amount of air at the desired temperature. Containment mounted pressure differential sensors are available to support different control methodologies. Multiple InRow units communicate with each other to maximize system efficiency, resiliency and temperature stability. The unit is remotely accessible via a variety of protocols, making it easy to integrate into BMS, DCIM and EPMS platforms. The ACRC331 delivers superior cooling efficiency, scalability, and operational simplicity, helping data centers increase density, reduce energy use, and confidently support the latest generation of IT equipment.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 25 calendar days from the delivery date.

Return Shipping

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any product back to Westend IT Store.

RMA Eligibility

Request Period: Within 30 days of the invoice date.
Condition: Original packaging, manuals, accessories and documentation are required.
Serial Number: The serial number must match the original purchase invoice.

Not Eligible for RMA

Products damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or natural disasters.
Products with missing, altered or tampered serial numbers.
Custom-configured systems or special-order products.
Activated software or digital licenses.

Shipping Guidelines

RMA Marking: Clearly write the approved RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Do not write the RMA number directly on the product packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
RMA Expiration: RMA numbers remain valid for 10 calendar days from the date of issue. Returned products must arrive within this period.

Resolution Options

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, one of the following resolutions will be provided based on product eligibility.

Replacement: A replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer's policy and the reason for the return.
