This PCI 1x Parallel and 2x Serial Combo Card installs into a single PCI slot in your computer (occupying 2 to 3 expansion slots, depending on profile), and adds a DB25 IEEE 1284 parallel port and two DB9 RS 232 serial ports to your system.The controller card features an Asix MCS9865 chip and enables you to connect a DB25 parallel device to your desktop computer. The parallel port is ideal for connecting printers, scanners, plotters, point-of-sale terminals, PLCs, scientific sensors, medical equipment or oscilloscopes. The parallel (LPT) port supports SPP/Byte/Nibble/ECP/EPP modes and IEEE 1284 for speeds up to 1.5Mbps.The Asix MCS9865 chip also enables you to connect two DB9 devices using the same controller card, compatible with industry standard 16C550 UART. The serial ports are ideal for connecting point of sale terminals, serial printers, PLCs, control/automation in factories, scientific sensors, medical equipment, scanners and oscilloscopes. The serial (COM) ports support bi-directional RS232 speeds up to 115.2Kbps per port, available 256 byte FIFO buffer and 9th data bit.With broad OS support, including for Windows (7 and up), and Linux (2.6.x to 5.x LTS versions only), this PCI serial/parallel card is easy to integrate into mixed environments. The card comes pre-configured with 2x full-profile brackets, and includes optional 3x low-profile brackets, so installation is easy regardless of the case form factor.

Return Window

Return Shipping

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any product back to Westend IT Store.

RMA Eligibility

Request Period: Within 30 days of the invoice date.
Condition: Original packaging, manuals, accessories and documentation are required.
Serial Number: The serial number must match the original purchase invoice.

Not Eligible for RMA

Products damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or natural disasters.
Products with missing, altered or tampered serial numbers.
Custom-configured systems or special-order products.
Activated software or digital licenses.

Shipping Guidelines

RMA Marking: Clearly write the approved RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Do not write the RMA number directly on the product packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
RMA Expiration: RMA numbers remain valid for 10 calendar days from the date of issue. Returned products must arrive within this period.

Resolution Options

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, one of the following resolutions will be provided based on product eligibility.

Replacement: A replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
